We are pleased to announce that our perspective paper, “Toward clinical translation of carbon nanomaterials in anticancer drug delivery: the need for standardisation,” has been recognised as one of the top-cited articles of 2024–2025 in the Beilstein Journal of Nanotechnology.

We are pleased to announce that our review, “CARBON DOTS: Bioimaging and Anticancer Drug Delivery,” has been recognised as one of the Top 10 Most-Cited Papers of 2024 in Chemistry – A European Journal.

Prof. Silvia Giordani returned to her alma mater, the University of Miami, to present an invited seminar on the synthesis, surface chemistry and biomedical translation of carbon nano-onions.

We are pleased to announce that our publication, “Biodegradability of Carbon Nano-Onions by Human Myeloperoxidase and Photo-Fenton Process,” has been selected for the ChemNanoMat Reader’s Choice 2025 collection. The work was also featured on the front cover of ChemNanoMat, Volume 10, Issue 6, upon its publication in 2024.
