On May 15, 2026, Prof. Silvia Giordani had the pleasure of returning to her alma mater, the University of Miami, to deliver an invited seminar. It was a wonderful opportunity to share the latest research and developments from the Giordani Group.

Nanotechnology applied to medicine and the fight against cancer will be the focus on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the University of Bergamo’s Engineering Campus in Dalmine.

Prof. Silvia Giordani, full professor at Dublin City University and recipient of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, will illustrate the potential of carbon nano-onions in cancer therapy. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 26th at the Engineering Campus.
