Alex is currently a 4th year undergraduate student studying Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Dublin City University (DCU). He is carrying out his final year project titled " Photothermal and biomedical applications of carbon nanoparticles" under the supervision of Professor Silvia Giordani. His research interests include Nanomaterials, organic and medicinal chemistry.
